Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

The Ultra Brunch (“The Ultra Brunch,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect when you visit our blog or subscribe to our newsletter, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.

1. Who we are

The Ultra Brunch is an independent food and drink blog. We are responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Newsletter & contact details — the email address (and any name or message) you provide when you subscribe or contact us. Comments — if we enable comments, the name, email and content you submit. Automatic data — device, browser and usage information collected via cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Notice).

3. How and why we use it

We only email you content you asked for, every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to products or ingredients are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer — not us — collects and processes any information you give them; their privacy policy governs that. See our Disclaimer for more.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers who help us run the blog — our email/newsletter provider, hosting provider, analytics provider (if enabled, with consent), and a web-font provider that may receive your IP as part of the standard request — and with authorities where required by law. These providers use your data only to provide their service to us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe, and messages only as long as needed to handle them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to exercise any right, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Children

Our content, and especially any drink recipes, is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the latest revision.

We use one local key to remember your cookie choice. See our cookie notice.
